When you book an appointment or create an account, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and health-related notes. Accounts are authenticated through Firebase Authentication (Google or email and password); the clinic record itself is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and is only reachable through your authenticated session.

Contact and booking details are used to respond to enquiries and schedule consultations. We handle patient information with medical confidentiality consistent with applicable Indian healthcare and data-protection practices, including principles under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

We do not sell personal information. Clinical details are shared only with authorised clinic staff involved in your care, or when required by law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by the clinic by contacting us at mail@drradhakrishnan.in. Signing out ends your session on this device; your clinic record remains with the practice until you ask for it to be removed.

Names of patients are changed to maintain privacy. Results and treatments may vary from person to person. Information on this site is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
